ADMISSION & WITHDRAWAL

  1. A child who completes 5½ years as on 1st June is admitted to s not relaxable even by one day.
  2. Students seeking admission must be accompanied by their parents and should forward a form signed by Parent/Guardian who shall be responsible for their fees, attendance, good conduct, etc.
  3. Leaving Certificate is to be obtained for admission from recognized school last attended (L.C from other states must b countersigned by the Inspector of the schools in the State).
  4. Birth Certificate must be obtained from the office of the Registrar/Panchayat for fresh admission in any class particularly.
  5. The LC will be issued only after 7 days of written application made in the prescribed form by the parents/ guardian within 7 days of results.
  6. No L.C will be issued unless all the school dues are settled. Pupil will be normally admitted within the first month of the school year.
  7. Parents may please note that the Management has the right to say on what condition they will admit or retain pupils to their school.
  8. A minimum fees of Rs. 20/- will be charged for obtaining L.C based on the number of years. Duplicate L.C will be issued only on production of required documents and office charges will be collected.

ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY

1. The working hours of the school on all weekdays will be 7.55 AM to 1:45 PM. Remedial classes, Games and other activities will be held as instructed by the respective teachers.

2. All the students must be present on the re-opening days, in June after Diwali and Christmas Vacation. Absentees will have to g convincing justification to the Headmaster/Headmistress.

3. Students should assemble class-wise and quickly on the ground in the morning at the sound of the first bell. At the stroke of the second bell they must maintain perfect silence. After the Assembly is over the students move in order and in silence to their respective classes.

4. Late comers should get the Late Coming entered on their calendar and then go to class.

5. Students must be in their classrooms before the stroke of the second bell after the Interval. Late comers after the Interval will be kept out of the class or given an indiscipline remark.

6. It is compulsory for all the students to attend the National Day celebrations on 15 August, 19 December and 26 January and all other functions of the school.

7. Leave of absence from school must be previously applied for, whenever possible.

8. A student who remains absent from school must bring a note of reason of absence from parents/guardian. Absenteeism exceeding 3days must be justified with a medical certificate. Leave note must be signed by the Class Teachers and counter signed by Headmaster/Headmistress.
